A note from Daniel

Hi. As I’m sure a lot of you are feeling too, I just got fed up of the negative and plain sad headlines, week after week. It got to the point where I deleted my news apps, then even my social media. I always knew there’d be good news out there to tell, it just felt like nobody was sharing it.

Being an IT guy, I thought, hmm, if I made a good news website what would I even call it, what would the domain be? First search was goodnewsengland.co.uk and I couldn’t believe it was actually available. All these years of the internet and still nobody had wanted it.

So here we are. Still early days, but this is where I come to read the news now, and I really hope you do too!
